We collect and use your information below to provide our Services and to measure and improve them over time. We do not disclose your private personal information except in the limited circumstances described within this policy.
Basic Account Information
When you create or reconfigure a Wabbi account, you provide some personal information, such as your name, username, password, and email address. Your name and username are listed on our Services, including on your profile section. In some cases, you may be required to provide information such as your mobile phone number to use Wabbi via SMS or to help us prevent spam, fraud, or abuse.
Additional Information
You may provide us with profile information to make available to others, such as past work experience, your location, picture and video and other information about yourself. You may also provide further information about yourself to customize your account. By voluntarily providing us with your personal information or by subscribing to our mailing list, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may use your contact information to send you information about our Services. You may use your account settings to unsubscribe from various types of notifications from Wabbi. If you email us, we may keep your message, email address and contact information to respond to your request. If you connect your Wabbi account to your account on another service, the other service may send us your registration or profile information on that service and other information that you authorize. Providing the additional information described in this section is entirely optional.
Other Information
Our Services are primarily designed to help you manage your work schedule and communicate with employers and other co-workers. Information you share with us is information you are asking us to use to accomplish these and other related tasks. This includes your activity on the service including messages you write and many other bits of information that result from your use of the Services. We may use this information to customize the content we show you.
Location Information
You may choose to allow us to use and store information about your location to provide features of our Services, such as work available near you, relevant ads and to improve and customize the Services.
Links
Wabbi may keep track of how you interact with links across our Services, including our email notifications, third-party services, and client applications, by redirecting clicks or through other means. We do this to help improve our Services, to provide more relevant content, and to be able to share aggregate click statistics such as how many times a particular link was clicked on.

We may also receive Log Data when you click on, view or interact with a link on our Services to a third-party application. Wabbi uses Log Data to provide, understand, and improve our Services.
Third-Parties and Affiliates
Wabbi uses a variety of third-party services to help provide our Services, such as hosting our web site and blogs, and to help us understand and improve the use of our Services, such as Google Analytics. These third-party service providers may collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, such as cookies or your IP address. Third-party ad partners may share information with us, like a browser cookie ID, website URL visited, mobile device ID, or cryptographic hash of a common account identifier (such as an email address), to help us measure and tailor ads.
Service Providers
We engage service providers to perform functions and provide services to us in the United States, Canada and abroad. Our Commitment to Security
Although we can’t guarantee the security of the information we collect and receive, we do employ a number of safeguards intended to mitigate the risk of unauthorized access or disclosure of this information. For example:

- We use HTTPS encryption when you authenticate (i.e., log into) one of our Services, which helps prevent unauthorized access to your login credentials;

“Do Not Track” Signals
Some web browsers may transmit “do not track” signals to the websites and other online services with which the browser communicates. There is no standard that governs what, if anything, websites should do when they receive these signals. Wabbi currently does not take action in response to these signals. If and when a standard for responding is established, Wabbi may revisit its policy on responding to these signals.

If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you with tools and account settings to access or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account.
Our Policy Towards Children
Our Services are not directed to persons under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at privacy@wabbisoft.com. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.
Changes to this Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will always be at https://wabbisoft.com/privacy-policy/.
